There are programs, created by various vendors in the travel industry, specifically designed for companies who do not qualify for point of purchase discounts. Company travel administrators with annual travel spending of under $1,000,000 now have opportunity to enjoy the benefits that have been out of reach in the past.

In order to be sure your company receives program credit for travel it is very important that your Travel Consultant be given the program numbers so they can be entered into your company's travel profile. For this reason we recommend that a CI Travel Consultant guide you through the enrollment processes.

A key point to remember - signing up for too many programs will dilute your company's buying power. Additionally, some of these programs will require you to enroll the frequent traveler numbers of your employees. The vendor will have enormous amounts of information on your company and your people.
