For your convenience, you may make official TDY reservations through this system by filling out the Travel Request form.

Itineraries will be e-mailed or faxed to you no later then four (4) business hours after the travel request is received.

If you have not filled out a Traveler Profile Form, please take the time to complete the online Traveler Profile Form. If you need to update your Traveler Profile, please fill out the mandatory parts of the Traveler Profile and only the new information.

Please advise CI Travel of any problems or suggestions you may have for improvement by submitting a Comment Card.

Our Norfolk Central Reservation Center (CRC) can be reached EST Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 8:30pm by calling 800-287-9027. Emergency Service (defined as travel within 24 business hours) is available 24/7.
